If you are using MYOB and want a way to collate expense receipts, download the free Capture app.
Every time you spend money, take a photo of the receipt using the app and it will be uploaded to the in-tray within MYOB for you.
Next time you log onto MYOB navigate to the in-tray, click on the receipt and select “create new bill” (not create new spend money if you have bank feeds enabled). Check the details are correct, choose the expense account, then let MYOB match the bill to the bank transaction or match manually from the bank transaction screen.
