Legal docs for Aging parents

Following on from the “talking to your parents about their finances” webinar, here is some further info for you.

You need 3 documents to deal with your ageing parents, or for your children to deal with you!

  1. An enduring power of attourney – to make financial decisions,
  2. A will, and
  3. An enduring power of guardianship – to make lifestyle decisions

These all need to be prepared by lawyers, however to find out more & prepare before you go to a solicitor check out the link below.
